The story of Three Spring Media began with Rami and Ron, two dynamic individuals who shared a common goal – to create a digital marketing agency that would stand out from the rest. Rami had spent over a decade running his own business, while Ron had honed his skills in understanding client needs and delivering exceptional results. Having worked together previously, they recognized the potential of combining their expertise to create something special. With their entrepreneurial spirit and shared passion for digital marketing, Three Spring Media was born, with a focus on providing tailored solutions that help clients achieve their goals.

Rami Ben Ahron is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-founder and CEO of Three Spring Media and its parent company, Three Spring Group. With an impressive career spanning over two decades in advertising, Rami has established himself as a dynamic leader. In 2021, he launched Rmedia Ads, recognizing the evolving and specific needs of clients who prioritize a mobile-first approach to marketing. Under Rami’s guidance, the company has experienced remarkable success, fueled by his hands-on management style and ability to forge strong partnerships.

Ron Shtalrid is the Co-founder of Three Spring Media and Three Spring Group, where his financial expertise and strategic decision-making have been instrumental to the company’s success. His extensive experience in affiliate marketing, spanning over a decade, has equipped him with the skills to optimize ROI for both clients and the businesses where he works. Before joining Three Spring Media, Ron held leadership positions at international companies, including William Hill and iBus Media. Ron held multiple technical positions at esteemed organizations such as Comverse, Amdocs, and Fundtech, establishing a solid foundation in technology.

George Kuleshov is a seasoned professional who serves as the Head of Digital Media at Rmedia Ads and the Head of Media at Three Spring Media. By leveraging his expertise and staying at the forefront of innovation, George ensures that the strategies employed by his team of media experts are both innovative and data-driven, enabling clients to thrive in the digital landscape. Before joining Three Spring Group, he gained extensive campaign management experience and optimization expertise at Zoomd, Semantinet, and Marimedia Ltd.
